What exactly did happen on November 3, 2020?
That’s the mystery that has yet to be solved. Let’s review Bosque County’s data and see what we can learn:
Please note that all data was obtained from the Bosque County Elections Administration Office via Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA). All hard copies are available for review, upon request. Due to file size and compatibility, screenshots have been taken to show inconsistencies. Below you will find three critical reports from the 2020 and 2022 General Elections.
Cast Vote Record (CVR)
Ballot Review Report Export (BRRE)
Summary Results Report (SRR)
Cast Vote Record (CVR) is a report created by the tabulation system that records each ballot selection. It is a spreadsheet-style record consisting of all the ballots counted in an election. Each ballot is represented by one row, and each option on the ballot has a column. There will be a 1 in the box where a vote was credited, and a 0 if not. The CVR is an aggregated ballot-level data on ballots counted, consisting of a single record for each ballot tabulated, showing the manner in which the voting system interpreted and tabulated the voter's markings on the ballot, as adjudicated and resolved by election judges, if applicable. In summary, a CVR is an electronic representation of how voters voted.
The CVR tells you about the order in which the votes were tabulated. It does not tell you if the vote was cast during early voting, on election day or via absentee (mail-in) voting. That information is shown on the Ballot Review Report Export.
Ballot Review Report/Export (BRRE) is a report created by the tabulation system that records each ballot selection. It is a spreadsheet-style record consisting of all the ballots counted in an election. Each ballot is represented by one row, and each option on the ballot has a column. This report also lists whether the voter voted (1) On Election Day at Precinct, (2) Early Voting or (3) Ballot by Mail (Absentee). In order to analyze the CVR’s you need this report as well.
Summary Results Report (SRR) is the OFFICAL Results for Bosque County that are reported to the SOS office with total votes as well as votes by PRECINCT. This report is generated when the USB is taken from the Tabulators and inserted into the Election Software Server.
The numbers should match exactly.
However, this report does not match what was on the TXSOS website, which states that 9,126 votes were cast. The Summary Results Report states 9,140.
https://results.texas-election.com/county
The 2020 totals on both the Cast Vote Record and the Ballot Review Report Export both total 9,188. They do not match with either the Summary Results Report of total votes cast of 9,140 or the results on the Texas Secretary of State (TXSOS) website of 9,126.
Why do these not match? The difference is 62 votes. If each vote is counted correctly and the machines are accurate, then there should not be any differences in any of the numbers.
If you look at the SOS for the official results reported to the TXSOS by Bosque County and total up the four (4) totals for candidates for Early votes that means they should have been cast during early voting. And that total on the TXSOS website is 6,539. They are claiming that 5,277 voted for Trump (REP) that 1,202 voted for Biden (DEM) and 50 voted for Jorgensen (LIB) and 10 for Hawkins (GRN). That totals up to 6539. Yet on the Summary Review Report they show that Trump had 4853, Biden had 921, Jorgensen 46 and Hawkins 7 which totals 5831. Even if on the SRR they totaled the Early and Absentee Voting it is still off by 6 votes. Why doesn’t this match?
On both the CVR and the BRRE, for the November 3, 2020 General Election, the number 5859 is the last early vote. But 6578 starts Precinct 1 (Iredell) on election day. What happened? Why did it just jump a difference of 718 votes? The question must be asked, were 718 votes added or subtracted? Again, nothing matches.
In the November 8, 2022 General Election, both the CVR and BRRE start at line 277. Why? What happened to the first 276 votes?
Why isn’t anything consistent?
